hey bluebear, I really dont know exactly how many lmens im getting...Id have to look that up for you...My buddy got an oz a plant using 5 clones that were not vegged under this lamp...only bud cycle...I must add that the clones were only vegged one week do to another buddy of ours' fuck up...but they still came out great!! His grow look nice and now mine looks even better so we will just have to wait and see what these buds are gonna look like. As far as drawbacks...I would have to say you really have to watch the stretch with these lamps...plants tend to stretch fater with these lights...lights had to be moved twice even three times a day during the early stages of budding (growth spurt). To be honest with you i like to speak for myself and what I myself get from this light, not my buddy's previous grow...I can rate the vegging process at a 10+ on a scale of 1-10 with these lights...Im hoping the bussing is ust as good for me...I wil keep you posted as we go along!!

yo sweetcandy, I like the mind games...My buddy had already purchased the lamps when one night he called me to flip on CSI...low and behold there was a growroom full of them on the CSI episode.
