It has something to do with the way that your body breaks down fat. Try to take some lethicin (a body building suplement that helps metabolize fat)or eating a fat laden meal like eggs and cheese with sausages or bacon or a philly steak sub, anything with a load of fat, that helps. I make them and they totally get me off for like 5 or 6 hrs every time. I have given them out and the response that I get Is wow and a request for tips on how to make them.Keep trying you will get it and when you do it will be worth it.
