If you plan on eating them all at once, doesn't matter. If you plan on eating one today, one tomorrow, then individually wrap them.
Make sure you crumble the weed, mix that in a bowl with the PB, THEN put it on the crackers. I found this to be much more effective than spreading PB before sprinkling on the weed.
