really was, though)- I'm just "moody". When I get "manic", I do a lot of art work (paint, quilt, sculpt, etc) and do just fine on 5-6 hours of sleep. When I'm "depressive", 10 hours of sleep aren't enough and I'm lucky if I have enough energy to get any housework done. Pot does help a lot in keeping me from going too high or low. Without pot, I run a real risk of going alcoholic (Mom was). With pot, I can have that evening glass of red wine (for health reasons and a bit of de-stressing) and
not drink the bottle dry. Whether or not pot will help you stay "normal", depends on your own biochemistry. Good luck to us all- Granny
