I totally agree, to much of one thing can be very bad for you. The only reason I stated that you can't really overdose on Niacin is because you would have to take more than any recommended amount and intentionally try to harm yourself. However, even if this were so.. by the time you took to much Niacin for your body to handle, you would have felt very uncomfortable. Just be smart! It's not like Asprin, you can't die from taking to many. Taking to many though, can and probably would have some adverse side effects.
