You remind me a lot of me when I started playing guitar. I think you have the basis of a good guitar player. You have a few timing issues, you should start playing along to backing tracks or a metronome to correct this. I used to be exactly the same. Timing is one of the most important things, its makes it really uneasy to listen to when its out of time. Also it doesnt sound like you are playing in key all the time, they are some notes that sound like they dont belong. Try to put more melody into things. I dont mean to sound too harsh I am just trying to offer you some constructive criticism.

But as I said I think you are on the right path in some ways and just need a little bit of guidance to stay on it. If you want more info about keys and tonality just let me know. They are like a foreign language at first but once you have got it, its easy.
