My comments were and are backed by reading about drug busts and yes I even read that article above. Let me first say this. 1. who was this guy? Did he have the "Right" to grow? Did someone turn him into DEA because they wanted his appartment? I mean it's right on the beach! Was he dealing? How many trash bags? a few? large trash bags? there are to many variables.....

Ok let me say this another way....If you do grow as a "care-giver" for legael patients, within the legal limits of the law. In an out of the way state. In an out of the way area and you keep your grow small and no one ever, ever comes to you for their "medicine" you will be ok. I do not reccomend growing 100 plants. Period. what I am saying keep it as small as possable. Stick to the laws of your state for MMJ patients. I have found many articles about local police that have had to "Return" the crop and all of materials back to the medical cannibis grower, because they were well within the limits of the state law. I hope this sheds some light on what I was saying.
