They might differ very little (like tenths of a nanometer). But im pretty sure that the chlorophyll and carotenoids are almost identical (grown and handled in the same conditions) since the plants

I agree. those would be the perfect wavelengths. we have 470nm (pretty much 469) commercially available and financially sound but 660nm still has ALOT of room to improve. like i said in my big post, pretty much the only 660nm LED that I could find that wasnt over $80 was the LedEngin. But the output was too small to be efficient for the price ($11). 640nm looks to be in the future as we can get 635 and 645. I hope 440nm comes to the market as well as 425nm because that would make the blue spectrum perfect on the absorption. 483nm would also be nice for the carotenoids. I agree with your posts about the carotenoids and such, i posted something like that near the beginning of the thread.
