i wonder if that is in the Australian Constitution? some would argue, like me for instance
that the US federal gov't also does not have the right to act against the states based on our own 9th and 10th amendments, but Bush and all his psuedo-conservative Supreme Court judges seemed to have scribbled out that section in their copy.
