I qualify for the 'old folks club' too. Turned 57 in March. I've been digging my fingernails in for the last 10 years though, trying to stop the downhill slide. Age really is just a number if you can get the right mindset (and have a little luck

Diet's for sure a big part of 'health or no health'. Gotta get the right stuff in and keep the wrong stuff out.
