jack definitely does not help me with sleeping. If I smoke after midnite I can be assured of staying up until at least 4am. I do make some great music during those hours though. I also agree about the white widow. I always have an energy drink when I smoke it to counter act. Not the most social strain. I run out of things to say real fast with the WW. Jack is pretty fun.
