Doesn't Santa Cruz have a few dispensaries out there?
Anyway, in Oakland: CARE has it (705 Broadway) I think for $15/clone. Blue Sky (377 17th St) sells them for $12-15, I think.
in SF: CannaMed Care Center (1222 Sutter St) has clones $15-20, plus a sweet lounge you can medicate at. I know Grass Roots Clinic (1077 Post St) sells them for $12. Sanctuary (669 O'Farrell) sells them for $15.
Those are the places I know for sure sells clones. The 2 clubs in Hayward had to close for a month to bring their building up to regular code. I think they're re-opening in a couple of weeks.
