I thought that date was just the end of the mayan calendar....and my opinion? its the end of their calendar....they were fucking tired of writing dates for that far ahead...didnt feel like writing anymore....few thousand years were enough...they had enough faith that by then, we will be able to figure it out and make another calendar....but alas, just my
