It's a step in the right direction but I think the Raich case is more important. If the Raich case is upheld in the Supreme Court then it could open the door to complete legalization on a state by state basis. Now that is HUGE!!!

If drugs are illegal on a federal level through interstate commerce then keep it intrastate commerce and you don't break federal law right? As long as you can keep supply and demand within the state then the feds can't touch you. Period.

Somebody tell me if I'm way off here because I'm high or if this really makes sense
