My experience is: The 'common cold' gives me post nasal drip that drains down the throat and cause's allergice bronchitis, for me! Allergic to cigarettes! Mmj, will dry up my head and throat and shorten the 'common cold' or if I know I've been around cig. smoke; I go toke asap and it prevents it altogether.
