Sup yall,

I been reading and reading and reading on this board and found a ton of great info so I want to start by thanking everyone here for all the help and great info.


ok so... I have a test coming this Friday that I just found out about last saturday. Last time i smoked was Saturday morning before I got the letter. I am 6' 220 and relatively healthy with a little pudge on the middle....


I had been puffing since May....daily AM, sometimes at lunch and every night after work till sleepy time and all day on the weekends. I am not on Probation for drug charges and was tested randomly(call the night before) for about 6 months and never failed. The PO told me I didnt have to take any more tests cause I wasnt a drug offender and have no previous hx of drug charges and I completed that silly program. Then he pops the letter on me.

So i know i was stupid for taking what he said at face value but here is my question


i have been going to the gym since satuday, doing cardio for about 30 minutes a day, lifting for another 30 minutes and then using the sauna for 30 minutes. I have been taking some weight loss drugs for the last few weeks(not to clean up just to burn some extra fat before the holiday)

I have been flushing with water and cranberry juice since saturday as well and also eating a couple of fiber one bars everyday.

I take a high potency multivitamin and have always. My pee hasnt gotten to clear yet and I have consumed over a gallon of water/cranberry juice mixed everyday.

I took a home test last night and the neg line was there but BARELY.

I plan on diluting tomorrow and thursday as "test runs" and taking tests both days.


I also bought Q Carbo clear 20 for Friday because I dont have time to go buy vitamins and creatine and try to be on some crazy schedule the morning of I need to go to work for money to buy more if I pass...(Just Kidding)

Does anyone have any advice other than what im doing to help me pass this test. I cant sub for sure.... he practically holds it for me while i pee(exagerating but he does stand there staring like he wants it.)


Any advice or help would be appreciated..... if i dont go to jail I will post the results friday afternoon
