well....the more the merrier but thats a shit load of lighting for 15x15. One 1000W incandescent covers an 8X8 ft area.

15x15=225 sqft
8x8=64 sqft
225/64=3.52
1000x3.52=3,520 watts

You'd be fine with 4000 watts, but 9K watts will assure maximum, maximum, max yields lol. Do what you can afford and be safe with at the same time. 5 gal buckets, you could get over an lb a light easy with 4K. I couldn't imagine 9k watts worth of bud! Co2... reap benefits!
