Give me a break. Trivializing Ghandi for the sake of cannabis...? Takes about 7 minutes to read, but if you wish to learn more on civil disobedience:

Too bad it wasn't your decision. You could have screwed-up the rest of his career for him.
He wasn't there taking bonghits to draw attention to the social injustice of a bad law. He wasn't there to send a message to kids. He was there cutting lose at a college campus, and got caught in the media frenzy that followed.
Since you are so quick to judge him, how are we to judge you? Lets see: Are you whining about someone you've never met, not meeting your expectations? Are you whining because he had an opportunity to flip-off the establishment, but REFUSED to do so? Are you whining because he didn't pick-up the banner and run with it?
Like most of us, he lives in the real world. If you are counting on a well-payed athlete to drop everything and come running to the cause to suit your needs, you're nuts. You got to see his 15 minutes of bonghit fame, and now your desire is to hijack his morality with a lose interpretation of yours? He's a talented athlete with a lot to lose, and he's apparently attempting to show some modicum of responsibility.
Yet you dis him like a punk.
But I'm guessing I've never seen you parked in front of a network or cable news camera smoking bonghits and spouting how noble a cause you represent, or how kids will find cannabis less addictive and destructive than alcohol. (that would go over well)
Oh...and fuck you about the jew remark. Cannabis laws and war crimes, are in no way related. Comparing apples and oranges to this sickening and uncalled for magnitude often labels one as overly dramatic, nonsensical and quite frankly, irrelevant. (like a drama queen whining about her std's)
