Your answer is to stick your head out of a window and suck on a garden hose? WTF man, that's not a solution that's a headache.
Unless you have a studio apartment, it's not that hard to keep the smell contained in one room, say a bathroom, then use incense, sprays, candles, plug ins, etc in the other areas to cover what escapes from the "isolation chamber." You can add the spoof to use in the isolation chamber and if you do use the bathroom, then steam from the shower can also help.
