i have happy frog soil and i just planted clones and gave them a full dose of fertz, but the runoff now is 4.0-5.3

obviously way too low, i need to bring it up about 1.5 points to 5.5-6.5

i dont want to hurt the plant but i have been GIVVING it like 7.5 water.. but its not doing anything to the runoff. should i go buy some liquid lime?
