I recommend Hash in a higher dose, when the pain is high, either eat or smoke but when in extrem pain, Marijuana is a miricle, for most. It is not just for hunger and sleep problems. It could be you are one of the few that Marijuana does not help, but I would look into better strains and more than that; better hashish.
