so i made some firecrackers today and i was wondering if someone could please tell me where i went wrong...

i put enough peanut butter (jiff) just to cover the crackers (town house). put a very small amount of butter mixed in with the peanutbutter. sprinkled ground .5 on each cracker. sealed it in tin foil. baked for 25 min, 320F. i had two and i didn't feel a thing. any ideas?
