there is a hydro shop in obs in cape town but are quite expensive.

Your best bet would be to contact a lighting warehouse / i bought a 400 watt hps light,reflector and ballast 4 R1000 compared to 1500 for a ballast, 800 for reflector and 400 for bulb.

the yellow pages came in handy.
