from your pics your plants are sitting in the flow chambers in r/w? my first guess among many problems and the one being the most important is you need to pull the plants out.find net pots that sit inside the tube so that when your water is pumping your hitting the roots and the base of rw. you can set your plants in there with out net pots and no r/w .get more air stones and a multi air pump and get a tone of oxygen going. start with one problem at a time.just make sure all of your water and nutes are perfect. perfect p.h perfect t.d.s perfect water temp. with out sounding like a jerk, i believe you took on 2 much at one time. i think a 4x8 tray ebb and flow system would help you learn and is much more forgiveable than nft, and you can grow a lot with that much space.good luck
