Those red spots are definite nute/low Ph burn. I had the same symptoms once when I "F"ed up mixing nutes and used a gallon strength mix in a half gallon bottle. I used fox farm nutes also.

You need to do a flush of plane Ph adjusted water to 7 and let her sit and recover " very slow but she will.
