I do actually have one outside. I live in MD so it should get me something, but I tried to pick it (super noob move) I forgot that you have to wait till around the 5th or 6th node to pluck it. But its recovered and is starting to grow again; got pretty stunted when I plucked it.

Also, if you ever decide to to bring a indoor plant outside, you must bring it out there gradually (outside during the day;inside at night) until the plant toughens up to be able to handle the heat and sunlight. Also, I'm glad to see your making improvements! Keep us updated with how they turn out!
