How close are the bulbs to the plant?
While the lumens math works out, it really doesn't work in reality with cfl's. I have yet to see a successful grow with less than 200w or so of cfl's, the best have 300w or more. Even then the growth is slow.
Anyways, the plant is stretching for light, which makes me think that the lights could be a little closer, as close as possible without burning them. You've done a pretty good job so far with what you have, keep it up... reading, investing, and you'll get the hang of it
Oh yeah, and the yellowing leaves part I mentioned was from earlier, when you used urine as a fert. Personally I'd stick to cannabis-specific nutrient programs, like Fox Farm or Canna.
