I have to do a u.a. tommorow for a new job and am debating whether I should follow IamN2pot's dilution guide (sticky). I have only abstained for a week but am a fairly light smoker (a oney or two per day at most) with a very high metabolism and little to no body fat. I also just took an at home drug test from walgreens and it came out negative, although the line was quite faint.

I am leaning towards diluting just to be sure but dont want to get a diluted result if I was going to pass anyway (some companies fail you for diluted results but I'm not sure about this one). Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
