If they copy and paste, they can easily provide answers after each question. At least I'd think so...and the easier they make us understand their circumstances, the better the chance of their success. (neatness counts, and detention if work not shown)
Answers in bold would be nice, too. Easier to scan the list.
But if history is any indication, it'll get filled out many different ways. Sort of a quasi Rorschach test, lol.
