I've been tested by the PO once a month for the last four. That's with smoking once, twice a week. Just hydrating and going with what's been pointed out already - low activity ahead of test, rack up the carbs (gatorade, steak & potato, etc.), and taking a few aspirin 2-3 hours ahead of the actual test (thins the blood a bit, cutting down on the parts-per-million).
Though, the instructions say if the 2nd line is visible at all, then it's a pass....
