Actually the little peice of cotton they put into the spoon screens all the cut or parts of the pill that arent opiates. you see a opiate which is any form of opium melts at a heated temp and mixes with the watter and the cotton screens out all the other parts that arent usefull to a junkie. But needle for anything other than medical purposes are worthless and do nothing but cause harm. so if your gonna do it just snort it and wait 10 mins for the full out buzz. Peace
