Im guessing it was MDA, aka Molly. Also could have been a Research Chemical, but i've never heard of a blue RC. I've only seen pure MDA powder once, and it was light blue, < almost exactly the color of that smiley if that helps at all. You should describe the high more in depth and maybe i could help you more
