Well, you should truly learn to express your opinions a bit better. Anyway, my opinion is that people should learn as much as they can. Even if that involves learning the proper method for doing Oxy-whatever-. Because if someone was going to try it anyway, wouldn't you rather have them do it right? If they couldn't find any information on it, that doesn't mean they still wont try it. Your opinion involves keeping people ignorant. Ignorance may be bliss, but it's not the proper way to live life. Not my life anyway.
