Correct me if im wrong, but you should be using Bone Meal for flowering and Blood Meal for Veg. Blood meal is high nitrogen and bone meal is high phosphorus (for flowering).

I have seen it at lowes. Ive seen both MG organic blood meal, bone meal, organic garden soil and potting soil. The potting soil and garden soil has poultry litter in it... i guess thats chicken shit!
