Just a quick question. In California 1 ounce or under in a vehicle, is the cut off for major unplesentness.

Does any one know how "clones" are counted if in a vehicle. Does weight count, or since they are not mature do they count at all?

YES!!! They count as a fully grown plant if rooted. In a car or at home its still felony cultivation.
