In Holland, there is no war on drugs. They believe this is a social problem, not a criminal one. And all the evidence suggests that their policy works. 'We say, "It's your responsibility, this is what drugs will do." We don't tell kids simply "no", we say "know".'

An interesting outlook on the war on drugs. Holland doesn't have one, and they're doing just fine.
