These elected 'representatives of the people' have consistantly displayed a defiance of the will of the voters of California!

Specifically, I refer to their insane war on and pursecution of medical marijuana users and providers.

What they have done is to selectively choose which laws they will support and those that they will not. They have taken their personal moral position and superimposed it upon the rest county's residents.

Take the hyprocritical sheriff: She marries her long time girlfriend and lauds the enactment of the proposition that makes it possible. Yet orders all medical marijuana dispensaries closed even though they legal under prop 215 and as interpreted by the State Attorney General. Guess the sheriff has her own personal set of moral values - what is acceptable and what is not - better than the people she serves.

The county commissioners act as though they are a separate state from California. What's good for the state and the law of the land is not their concern. They are more interested in their political asses and catering to their right wing supporters in open defiance to the compassionate medical marijuana act.

Shame - shame. Every damn one of them need to be thrown out of office.

Good news! We are the people and we have the power to do just that.
