Best of luck Mr. Emery. I've been to the pot block one time but never met Marc but he seems like a decent man and a good dad, it really is sad that Canada would allow this to happen.
Canada's Judical Branch ruled that Cannabis is legal for medical use in Canada almost a decade ago. First for medical use and then later they ruled that all Cannabis Laws in Canada were unconstitutional. The US has laws on our books against this kind of politically motivated prosecution that we witnessed by the DEA in this case. The DEA administrators that perpetrated this offense need to be brought to a court of law in the US. Anyone heard whats going on there? Did Canada actually allow this to happen yet?

He is awaiting extradition. The justice minister needs to sign off first. The justice minister can NOT sign off on it as well. I built an iPhone app dubbed "Free Marc". It's not yet approved.
