hey BLUEBEAR, i came back to this thread instead of posting on your new one, 3 lbs om mollasses. why did you say pot is legal to posses up there up to 4 ounces..as far as i know it is not..i lived there when it was legal..that was a long time ago..?? did i miss something?

Used to live in Anchorage and work out of Dutch Harbor on the groundfish fleet.
Man what a weird place Unalaska is!!
I sort of miss it though.

Well, that is why I say that the law is convoluted. You can possess it in your home, but can not grow, by or sale, so how are you supposed to get it? Any grow under 20 plants is a misdemeanor so go figure and do your best.

well i was unaware of that..i checked it out and you were correct...you gotta love that states attorney up there...worse case they will take your pot and try to find where ya got it...since the appeals court made this rulling 3 years ago, it looks like it will stay in place...i love alaska, the only place in the world where you can bring a gun in a bar.. have a quarter pound of pot in your livingroom.

It's still dry and having a hard time conecting with any. I'm gona build a grew box this weekend and order some seeds and see where I go with it.
