Question Good Safe Cheap Nuts

I just picked up a pound and a half of Miracle Gro: Bloom Booster i got it because it was cheap and had a high "mid number" which is what i was told to look for. I am growing outdoors my plants are about 3 weeks old can i use this before they "bloom"? and should i start with the recomended dose? also what are other good nutes i can get at walmart or home depot? thanks the numbers are 15-30-15.

as far as the nutes go, in vegetative you want a high number and relatively low other two. In bloom you want a high second number. So i am not a pro at all, but i would say the nute numbers listed are a bit high in the P and K category for vegetative. And the N number I am sure is too high for the bloom period. I would say you probably would be better off with two different nutes than the one you have.
Google Botanicare and try to find similar NPK numbers to their "grow" and "bloom" nutrients.
