more complicated questions, CFL's

so i was searching around and found CFL's that i was wondering about.

these are long CFL's (not the spirally ones, the ones that just have long 'u' shapped bulbs) with high power (125 watt at 2700 K(8500 lumens, $55), 125 watt at 6400 K(8500 lumens, 55$), and a 200 watt at 5000 K(12800 lumens, $85)

now i already own 1 x 18w 6400k flourescent (its one of the bulbs that are like two connected to eachother at theyre ends) and 2x 27w 5500k bulbs (1300 lumens on these two, IDK the lumens on the 18 watt)

i was planning on getting a light that would be really strong for flowering and what not so i was wondering what i should do with all these lights and options and what not. the 200 watt i talked about above is pretty strong but isnt as close to the red spectrum as it should be. however it is more powerful, but then again i have lights that are closer to the vegatatively beneficial spectrum. i want to kno what lights would be good amongst these for long term use (never for more then say 3 or 4 plants, as of now just 2) if i were to get both of the 125 watt bulbs.. would i want to usee them seperately for their respectively beneficial spectrums (only use the 6400 when vegging, then put it away and pull out the 2700 for the flowering) or use both lights during each stage of the plants growth??

I personally would recommend buying a HID if you are going to be using that many watts anyways since its more lumens per watt with a HID

sorry I cant help you with your question but thats my 2 cents good luck

I had a 150 watt 8,000 lumen cfl, the u shaped tubes, and the attached ballast burnt out after 2 months. $60 for a new bulb. I personally think it is cheaper to use multiple small watt cfl's 6-23watt cfls=9600 lumens @138 watts need I say more?

Yep, this is just another imaginary garden, created in my mind, representing what I would do if I could grow.

yeah

I got a 68 in there now and 5 26 watt and also a led panel coming tomorrow for side lighting, aside from that Ive been planning on ordering one more 150 watt clf but the damn 68 watt was shuttin off on the long skinny cord i had to switch sides and it works fine so i dont think ill be usin a 150 ill prob go with 5 40 watts the 2600 lumes ones see what the heat is and mabey add another fan, but im not sure its been kinda a go as i need thing, my plants are doin really good but i think i just about killed my female that i was about to start flowering now it's back to square 1. but i got alot of babies that look nice I wish i could save my female, she made me so proud.
