Hello there everyone! This is my first post on these forums ever. I am looking to make a grow box like this:

These photos were taken from another forum by a user named fearthebug, he made it and not me. I will be copying his idea though almost to the letter due to it being simply fantastic.

My question is this: Using this box which has inner dimensions of:
23" Wide x 16" Wide x 32" Tall.

I want to MAX my yeild. I will be using this light setup and NO other option is available, I know I might yeild more with HPS or w/e but its not feasible and I'm not doing it right now, just looking on some advice on the following with these lights:

Now to my actual question finally:

Would I be best off to go with one plant like this guy and just keep LST'ing it like this guy did?

Or I was thinking to either SCROG a single plant with a screen hard-wired into the center piece of the containers there or in the bottom do four smaller planters (2 gallon x4 or something I dont know but four anyways) and then SCROGing or LSTing the four plants.
Was also thinking if I did four plants then I *Might* be able to start a bit of a perpetual grow harvesting one plant every two weeks with another smaller box for a Bonsai Mother plant, this might be good or one of my other ideas getting hopefully a pound or close to it off either one big SCROG plant or four other SCROG plants. And if I went perpetual grow I'd probably have to scratch the SCROG screen and just grow four plants with stands to keep them next to the lights.

Please let me know as I am anxious to get the project starting. And for people wondering I will be starting with one mother and then cloning off her so there will for sure be no males. So if anyone can read through my mumbo-jumbo and give me some thoughts, that would be AWESOME!

As far as your lights, thats a nice set up, but iv seen aquarium lights work great and they take up less room. Im not saying those wont work but the aquarium light can be very useful with limited space. That would give you room to do four plants easy. Il look for the link or post a pic of a nice one thats on here. Ok this grow box is really nice and he brakes down what and how to make it. I really like hes light set up. Theres room to drop more CFL'S down in the corners too. I think this one isnt the aquarium lights, but iv seen them used a frees up that space. Hpoe this helps and def. LST in grow box will max your yield

so LST one single plant and then let er go? With a box this big I am *hoping* to get at least a few dried Oz. Which is why I made a mountain of text explaining what I wish to do and how to accomplish my goals for max yield from this enclosure. Keep the comments coming please!

I would not hold my breath on that 3oz of dried bud.

You will be lucky to pull more than an ounce or two max.

Well seeing as how it'll take 3-5 months to get this grow setup going from seed to smoke an Oz or two is SIMPLY OUT OF THE QUESTION. So I'm scrapping this idea. Making a new post on the forums on the best way to get a Micro SoG with perpetual harvest going.

You might be interested in my new grow log(in my sig), I'm doing a rubbermaid single plant. Anyways it would give you a good idea of what to expect if you are still interested in a rubbermaid setup. Personally I am aiming for 2 ounces from a 4 month grow from seed to weed, but since its my first run indoors and with the setup, I'm not holding my breath. I do have plans for a possible scrog or sog once this plant is harvested(and re-vegged), and I will document my goings ons.
