Germinating seeds in some plastic cups..

..I just realized it might have been a bad idea, because the cups I used for these seeds are clear. What effect does light have on roots? Im wondering if I need to make these cups not translucent..im guessing yes.
Im pretty rad. If you want, check out my grow log. Main grow log.

slip the clear (16oz?) cups inside solid color 18oz cups......that's what I do. Usually I cut the clear cups up one side; with drainage holes in the bottom of both cups.

Light is bad for roots. However you do it... just cover them up. Easy!

good idea, you can lift them and check root growth. or put the holes in the side of the 18's and make hempy's out of them.
