i snapped my tap root will it live?

i was putting my seed into the dirt when the tap root snapped i was wondering if it will live it still has well over a centimeter maybe even two and it snapped right in half. so i guess im just wondering if it will survive seeing as it has such a large root anyways

Im sure it will survive, it just might be a little weaker than the rest.

Tap roots are very precious things to a young seedling !

It can make it also grow better...I break up roots on transplants to get them taking off fast.

But don't over water. Also an occasional WEAK nute feed would help. Before ya reburied the seedling I think it would have helped to put some rooting gel or powder on it. Any other thoughts on that one.

    I feel yer pain bro!

I broke my only Pacifica plant the other day. My new to me soil mix worm beds work so well I had it & others bouncing off the 6'+ cover of my OD grow area. I was bending the Pacifica so it would lay more horizontal & the main stem would not burn on my light panels. I had it weighted just right, I thought. While working on another plant I heard a nasty 'snap!' It broke about in half. Now it's just over 3' tall. Lotsa side branches though. I tried a splice, no go. Oh well...

Hope your baby recovers & gives ya a big yield. Good luck!
