i was banned for some bullshit reason.
apparently somebody with some power is maybe a little to quick to pull the trigger before actually analyzing their actions
thats wack how i was banned for a fucking joke
btw, i did come back under a new user name to figure out why i was banned and that s/n was banned because i was "posing" as myself....

Actually that name was banned for life and you bought yourself another week off for doing it. From time to time when that type of bullshit happens more than once the old user name gets a lifer and your stuck with a post count of 0 when ya return with the new special name that was picked.
As for the first statement, considering your history I'd really consider just dropping the issue but hell, it's up to you. There is some crap we don't need on this site and you have seemed to push that limit WAY more than once.

You know, MastaC, I've heard you say that before. But if it's only a Web site, then why did you write an email inquiring why you were banned? Why are you making an issue of it here, too? Nice try. But I'm guessing that the truth is this is a fairly important concern of yours or you wouldn't keep pressing the point.

Perhaps one of the Mods can answer why is it when someone is banned they can still post with "Banned" under their user name surely this defeats the purpose

I've only seen that happen once and it was basically a glich in the system. It was taken care of VERY soon after being noticed though.
