Skink got a stay of sentence...
Well to anyone who is following my saga I was to report to jail today... I hired an expensive attorney to appeal a decision set forth by a municipal judge that stated I was not allowed to serve my time on weekends... the appeal was filled on Friday and I just got a call from my attorney,,,she said the appeal was accepted by a Superior Court Judge effecting a stay of sentence till a court date is assigned to fight for the right to do my time on weekend,,,otherwise known as work release...
Skink is a happy camper and is in need of a celebratory smoke,,,so that will be my immediate quest...
Thank you all who has sent Karma my way,,,I really needed it

Yeah man, congrats. Unfortunately I didnt catch any events prior to this so I'm not exactly sure what happened but sounds like you should be a pretty happy camper..

to make a long story brief,,,I was given a DUI while I was snoozing in a parking lot of a local bar... The discovery actually stated a quote from me

thats bull you were given a jail sentence for that. hell, tony la russa was doing the same thing except it wasnt a parked car in a parking lot, it was a car in drive with his foot on the brake at a stop light.

well, lets hope you get it, i know jail sucks, but if it's just the weekends, i'd do it... better then having warrants and what not...

Yeah before I can leave this god forsaken state for good I have to clean up anything that might present a problem in the future... I do feel justified in just booking tho...

yea... well... jail can be how you make it... you can make it like your home... and just do your time and be done with it... or you can fuck around... and be on lock down all the time... and have a shitty ass stay.... but personaly when youve been in there for longer then a couple of months... it starts getting stupid... and you just dont give a shit anymore...
