Back From AMSTERDAM!!!
It was really cool. The weed wasn't the best I had but it was really consistent. Had a great time!!! Feel free to ask any questions.

The weed in the dam aint as good as everyone seems to think.
It's good weed, but not the best. The atmosphere makes up for it, and the fact you can choose your strain out of MANY.
The NL i grow/my dealer grows was MUCH better than any of the NL i had in the dam, and the same goes for the WR, and the K2 i had.

Yeah like LIP said, it is not as good as everyone thinks..I have had alot better weed that came from Cali and B.C. area. The weed is very consistent though but I wouldnt trust the "names" that they give the strains either. I had bought some blueberry which didnt taste nothing like it...So if you want to have some excellent weed, grow it yourself, if you want above average weed and have the abilility to buy it in a shop, go to amsterdam..

lets see from Greenhouse effect I purchased: Super Silver Haze and NYCD. I also stayed at this hotel. Very cheap and decent bud. You will get a discount if you show them your hotel key.
Grey area tried the Grey Mist and was also good.
Homegrown Fantasy i tried the Powerplant.
Dampkring I tried some Haze i cant really remember
Johnny Coffeeshop I tried some Hash and Keif.. They also have a good selection of Indica's as well.
Stones Cafe tried the blueberry and it was ok.. New Years was really crazy with fireworks everywhere.
Bought some Tazmania Mushrooms...forgot the name of the place but right next door to the greenhouse effect...
Also checked out the van Gogh museum too!

Amsterdam rocks. If your friends can't have a good time in Amsterdam, they must have serious issues.

wow yeah, honestly. out of everywhere ive been in europe amsterdam is one of the only places id go back to tomorrow without having to give it another thought.
you'd have to have something pretty far up your ass to not have fun in amsterdam, even if you didn't smoke!

A few years ago, I had my wallet stolen and lost 1500 euros and my passport.
I still had a great trip.

I have heard the dutch chocolates are devine...do you think I would have to shove it up my arse to get it back or would chocolate be allowed to go through customs?
That would be a long flight..what if I had to go to the bathroom? This whole thing is turning me off on bringing back chocolate. I think I am just going to go there and smoke and forget about bringing back any chocolate..mostly if it is going to be this amount of trouble.

My friend- another member here actually- had her tulip bulbs seized at the border because they apparently didn't have the correct agricultural stamp on them, even though the shop where she bought them ASSURED her that they would be fine to bring home!

Geo are you making fun of me ya big meanie? *bonk*
Sorry Stinky, if weed were legal like it ought to be then I wouldn't have to talk bout 'smuggling' I'd just be saying, hey lookie what I got, ykwim? so frustrating. Weed is illegal, but we can talk about it here on the boards so long as we don't talk about anything else illegal that surrounds it?
ok, time for a bowl of illegally obtained but not smuggled (by me anyway) ganj

We always bring home tulip bulbs and chocolate.
As long as you have a health certificate for the bulbs, and the chocolate isn't more than about 10 kilos, there is never a problem.
No need to keester your candy.

The Hague has better weed than the dam.
Theres so much demand in the dam that grows might be rushed or drying and curing might be rushed to meet demand and this causes some poor weed
Grow yer own if you want the best weed you'll ever try
