So this summer I plan to smoke bud pretty regularly, like probably 2-3 times a week, but not everyday. On top of that, I want to work out and go to the gym like every other day. Should this keep my tolerance low, because of the exercise, lots of water consumption, etc.?

Your only smoking 2-3 times per week thats enough to keep your tolerance pretty low.

Drink lots of milk, the fats will absorb the thc and then get passed through with your exercise if you do enough of it to work off the milk fat which develops

If you want to keep your tolerance low, have your entire blood supply replaced by transfusion every couple of weeks. I get mine from cloistered nuns, so I know it is pretty clean.
