i love smoking spliffs in public, usually the tobacco smoke cancels out the weed smell a bit

Well it depends on the state and i was mainly thinking of the authorities and the generally harsh laws against cannabis. If a cop sees you smoking, he's going to search you, the law will then violate you and enjoy doing so, depending how many grams of plant matter you have on you.

LOL!!! I always said, the best place to hide is out in the open....I havent ever had an issue smoking in public...maybe I just kinda seem unapproachable, lol...but i smoke by my car in the movie theater parking lots...walking around the air show or county fair...anywhere really, all you gotta do is drop your doob if you see a cop approaching...definitely smoked at the orlando NORML rally last year...lol...its all in how you act, IMO

Friends and I were driving to a lake park, long story short... on this really busy 4way intersection, sitting by the corner I see a little kid there what appear to be a joint, I was absolutely surprised because he looked like a 10 years old kid! and he was smoking like a little dumbass in public like that.

Crazy.

I smoked a joint in a car parts parking lot the other day nobody seemed to notice.

Where i live its usually pretty chill to blaze a J just walking down the street. I've blazed bowls and chillums walking through the suburbs and even that wasnt a problem but I wouldn't do it too often because there are still people that like to bust innocent peaceful stoners.

Out here in the south smoking in public is forbiden. I wish i lived out west. Burning while driving is risky more than just cops, pedestrians and other vehicles on the road. I've got a high tolerance so im floating while driving

i remember one time me and some friends were sitting in my car smoking a bowl in a friend's trailer park (we could not smoke in the house because my friend's roomate cant stand the smell and at the time was paying all the bills) and the neighbor came out on his porch and 5 min later we see a cop car coming around the corner fortunately we saw him b4 he saw us and we ran back into the house and looked out the window and sure enough he stopped by my car and started shining his flashlight around what really burned me about that is that it was like 2 in the morning and that a**hole neighbor had nothing better to do

but i smoke in public all the time when im driving, walking down the street or sitting on the front porch just the other day me and my good friend were hitting up a waterfall bong we just made in his front yard in broad daylight and there were people walking/driving by and nobody did anything but that could be because it was right in the middle of the hood (North side of Flint MI)
we sure got some strange looks from some people though because lighting a waterfall is a strange process

i live in a rural area and there is no way i'd smoke in public, its bad enough smoking in a car, everyone feels that its their "duty" to report suspicious activity, my friend got arrested for possession because he was eating at dairy queen with another friend and apparently it was "suspicious" so someone called the cops and he had a sac on him

I can't roll shit, so I use a pipe away from home and I don't give a shit who is looking. Was in my HMO's parking lot token before a Doc appt. few weeks ago. Another old woman came by and begging for a quarter ask me if I ever tried that "medical stuff" and wanted a quarter! so gave her a quarter! She seemed to know more about kush, etc. than I did a year ago.

Cameras are everywhere, if you look guilty, you are! I am too old to care anymore! Guess, they could ding my State License to practice, but unlikely I'll be anytime soon anyway.

If I could roll, I would just walk around and smoke. I figure that is what everyone is doing. Since, cigarette have been over $25. a carton most people roll their own and who knows the difference.

I WENT TO THAT CONCERT IN ATLANTA!!!

I gave p-nut a blunt. =] and i smoked with a bowl in one hand and a joint in the other like 20 ft. from a cop and it was amazing, b/c they couldn't do SHIT. well i mean they could, but in the concert? with a million others smoking? i mean they were probably high themselves with all the smoke rising up in the air. it was intense. i mean EVERYONE was blazin cuz come on......it's snoop.

but yeah i smoke everywhere.

bus stop. outside the mall. parks. walking down the street. parking lots. in the yard. i mean you basically just have to use common sense, but i live in downtown atlanta, and i ain't talking highlands, so no one ever cares too terribly much.

great topic! this has been blowing my mind ever since I moved from AZ. AZ is such a police state that the paranoia of smoking in public is deep inside me and wont come out. my first month in cali I took a friend to a local brewery tour and met some kids from Humboldt. after the tour we all smoked in the parking lot right in front of employees on their real smoke brake. LOL, they all made so much fun of my paranoia... but i just cant help it. But rest assured Im getting better, one day at a time!

I'm not one for smoking in public as I realllllly don't want to get arrested. Though I wish I could just roll into a cafe and pack my bowl *sigh* Dreams!

However, I do smoke outside quite frequently. On the porch usually during the morning or around a camp fire with friends.
