How often, if you do, smoke in public? or just outside? I've noticed peoples reactions are very suttle if anything, and rarely someone is like, oh my god pot! so....
Everyone talks about how if we all smoked in public, it would sure to be legal eventually and become a normal thing to the public eye. I think this is actually way more possible than I expected.

In Honolulu I'd end up smoking out in public sometimes almost every single day, at Ala Moana mall, Walmart, the beaches, bus stops, alleys, abandoned buildings, parks, outside the doors of clubs, walking along backroads of Ewa....

I admit that some spots were downright stupid to smoke at and even got caught at the Ala Moana park once by an undercover, but he didn't say anything until we finished the joint then told us to split.... they are looking for stuff a lot worse

While driving around on the island and you can usually smell someone burning somewhere... it's great!

I wouldn't dare smoke in public where I live now, unless I'm in a well secluded spot.

hahah everyday of my life, on sidewalks, in parks, in front of the 7/11 we always chill at, at bus stops, next to shops, even if theres a hundred people just by us.

Nobody gives a shit here, anyways ALOTTT of people smoke, when we smoke in front of the 7/11 theres countless people passing by and what we usually get told is like.. ''smells good!''

I usually don't even worry about whether someone will see me or not. So I'll smoke just standing next to my vehicle. Either that or right outside the doors of wherever I'm at. People have noticed, yet nothing ever happens. Stupidly enough, we were doing it in a hotel hallway once. (it was fricken cold out and someone just busted it out right there) The security just told us to go outside if we are going to do that.

Where I live I'm trying to get people to be more lax with it. So I'll intentionally start a smoke session in a public area. Only with joints though. That way it's easily disposable if needed.

Well before school was out I smoked like damn near every day at the bus stop waiting to go to school. It was so weird I felt like I was in the twilight zone, every single morning the same people and the same exact thing happened lol. People don't really react to you smoking in public I don't guess unless you look underage or have a lot of people around and you all look like stoners lol.

oh yeah smoking in public is the best place to get high. walking down the sidewalk, sitting in the middle soccer field when at school, on a bench or table near the river, parked outside store or in a busy parking lot.
Kind of cool in the walmart parking lot seeing all the busy people milling about while baked. Got a few weird looks from people passing by or they might say something like "that smell brings back memories" or "should of parked closer to you"

I only smoke in public when no one is around. Or if alot of security messures are in place. Here you cant smoke in public unless your ready to get into a fight. About 4 years ago at a neil young concert, we got into a brawl cause of sparking a Jay and the big guys behind us saying. "Knock that shit out", then he slaped the back of my head. that was the last thing any of us remeber cause after that it was fists and rolling around chairs and people screaming. A little advice if you see a brawl or fight with more than 5 people and they are litteraly trying to kill eachother. Just back away, and get out of the area. I dont even know how many people tried to stop the fight in the end the grounds looked like James town. blood and bodies everywhere. All because we sparked a jay at a stoner concert. Even the sherifs got a couple of em knocked out.. I remember getting hit on the head with some kind of a bar, then it was all red and flashes of victory. At that point it was predators not letting go of their pray. Oh their was one funny thing, one guy said I never seen hippys fight like that, then he got knock out about 2 seconds after.

I smoke in parks around my house pretty frequently. And my backyard--everyday. Just pull up a chair and spark up. My neighbors could care less...they hardly come out of their damn houses anyways.

I smoke outdoors everyday. While hiking at our local park, walking down my block, parked in my car, walking around my neighborhood.. pretty much anywhere I go, I smoke. I haven't encountered the first person who has had a problem with it *knock on wood*. I always found it to be more liberating to smoke outdoors and makes me high so much better.

I was at a 311 and snoop dog concert and weed was Definatley invited. Snoop dog hung a 10 foot wide pot leaf from the stage and invited everyone to smoke their weed! Thats the most public method i have done.

I've only smoked weed outside in public in the US once, other than bowl crusing but I consider that different. Anyways it was when I was walking home from campus late one night with a friend. Otherwise in Europe I believe that it's way more accepted to do it in public so I've done it several times there.

Oh shit I just thought of this. I've smoked outside on my front porch tons of times w/ my friends in broad daylight in a college town lol.

i used to live in a bad part of portland and the police were always busting crackheads outside of my building. i used to blow marijuana smoke down at the cops when they were questioning people and sometimes they would obviously smell it and try to find the "dope".

this other time i saw a portland police officer on his bicycle riding by pretty slowly, and i had made some top ramen about 5 minutes earlier. i thought it would be a funny idea to throw the top ramen at the bike cop. it hit him on his helmet and mostly landed right next to him, but he was really pissed off and waited outside my building entrance for a good 10 minutes (he really wanted to press charges because assulting an officer from a 5th story window with top ramen is a very serious offense these days)

i live in chicago and i smoke outside my apartment all the time. my neighbors and landlord all smoke. the cops in my district are all pretty cool too, theyre more worried about crackin down on the crack houses and heroin dealers.

I wish it was more like that here. It's very decriminalized but people still fear getting caught sor just plain smoking?! It's sad that fear is put into canabis smokers just because they want to feel the opposite...Happy!

As for the top ramen being thrown at the cop. I respect cops myself. Most of them dont care about your pot smoking habits. My dad was a cop for 15 years (a bike cop at that! lol) I smoke with him atleast once a week. Hes retired now though.

Smoking in public in America is actually a buzz in itself because if you get caught you'll get raped. In london it's not a big deal really, i don't flaunt my smoking, i usually blaze at my house or my friends' houses. If i was more of a joint guy i'd prob smoke more in public but i don't wanna carry my pipe incase that gets taken. I must've smoked in public over 100 times in my life, that's probably an understatement.
